okay, so here's the latest updates.

BBQ at East Coast Park on

29 Dec 2009.

meet at 10.30 am at Pending LRT station.

bring about 10 Bucks (Max is $10 per person) for those who haven't paid. ( those who paid, the excess will be refunded.)

There will be games,
Bring poker cards for those who have.
Please bring volley ball for those who have.
Bring Sunblock, a cap and a poncho.

Lastly, think about what you want or need (like christmas wishlist)

hey guys!

we couldn't get the chalet on 28th...

so choices are...

1) we book costa sands chalet, but if we do so, the rent would double to 300, and i haven't even collected 200 buck...

2) we postpone chalet to jan or later

3) we have a bbq instead on the 28th.

please let me know what u think, those who replied already dun need to reply.

okay.

here it is, i understand, some people cannot make it on 2nd day, and some cannot on first day.
so far, 2 cannot make it second day and 1 cannot make it for 1st day.

so we have the choice of

A

bbq night on first night, then second day, we can go for a picnic at pasir ris park around noon/ evening.

-waterbomb can be during bbq night or at picnic.

B

bbq night on second night, then no picnic.

C

we go picnic on 2nd day morning to about mid afternoon, then bbq night on 2nd day night.

pick one and let me know. if u have are fine with everything, then put anything. thanks. =)

oh and i might need help to get the stuff for chalet, cus i might have something on in the morning on 28th. or we can check in then go out again to get the food at downtown ntuc.

okays. also here to share about chalet...

we have decided to book hometeamns from
date: 28 to 30dec.
price: 20 bucks per person.
we might play waterbombs... and er.. i think have some structured stuff. if i counted correctly, we should still have excess money to rent bikes for cycling ( but not gurantee... i also don't know how much the bikes cost...) we'll see how it goes. hope u guys will turn up. those who has said okay and will come are:

Just wanna discuss about 2b Chalet...

Just answer the following few questions in the board...

1) Which is your preferred month for the chalet, Dec (21-24) , Jan or (take into account of the dates u need to go back to school/ holiday etc. )

2) What is your approximate budget range for the chalet. (less than $15, $15, $15 to 20, $20 to 25)

3) If you have any preference of locations (or objections about)... ( Costa Sands/ Aranda /Hometeam Ns)


this would take u less than 5 minutes, so please do it and reply on the tagboard in a week by next week, 5 Sept.

you can add any other comments that you want, also, if you seen the post and have no comments, at least let me know you are okay with anything.
